So, this is the end of Round 1 for my project pan. I’ll be telling you about my progress on the products I have left, tell you if they’ll be kept for Round 2 and also tell you my thoughts and tips for a successful project pan.
I know I haven’t posted in a while but it’s just because I don’t have that much to show you. There’s only 2 products left and one of them I have to throw in the bin. It’s changed smell and doesn’t perform as well as when I got it, a couple years ago. And also, it’s a new year, I didn’t want to carry this Project Pan to 2015. I actually thought I would be done with it long ago, but surprise surprise – I didn’t. I started it in March and have gone through a lot of products but it took me awhile too. So here is the round up of my products:
1- MAC Lipglass in Pink Lemonade: This isn’t finished, but it’s gotten old, so I’m throwing it out (Jan 2nd, 2015)
2 – MAC Plushglass in Bubble Tea: I still haven’t finished it, there’s a tiny bit of this product left so I’m carrying it over to Round 2 of Project Pan, which I’ll post about in a couple days.
3 – Contém 1g (brazilian brand) Lip Pencil in Pele Rosado (or Flesh Pink): Finished it September 14th.
4 – MAC Lipstick in Please Me: Finished it October 21st.
5 – Shiseido Sun Protection Eye Cream SPF 32: Finished it October 21st.
6 – Benefit Ooh La Lift: Finished it November 12th.
7 – Benefit Erase Paste in number 2 (medium): Finished it March 27th.
#7 Replacements: NARS radiant Creamy concealer in Honey and NYX HD Concealer in Light: Stopped using the NARS one in week 22, finished the NYX concealer August 19th.
8 – Benefit Eyebrow Pencil in Medium: Finished it May 9th.
9 – Benefit Eye Bright: Used it up April 11th.
10 – Benefit Porefessional: Used it up June 17th.
11 – NARS Orgasm blush: Finished it October 1st
12 – Bare Minerals Original Foundation in Light (deluxe size): used it up March 21st.
13 – Maybelline Great Lash mascara Lots of Lashes in brownish black: Finished it August 3rd.
14 – Shiseido Perfect Mascara: Tossed it August 23rd.
15 – Maybelline The Colossal: Finished it around the beggining of December.
16 – Benefit Bad Gal mascara sample: Finished it April 24th.
17- Tarte concealer in light-medium (started using it on Week 23): Finished it September 17th.
#17 replacement: Amazing cosmetics concealer in Fair Golden (started using it in the middle of week 26): Finished it October 4th.
I think between this project and my finish 6 by xmas project I have gone through a fair amount of stuff. I did wish this project would have run shorter, but it took me almost a whole year. I probably will pick easier products to get through in my 2nd round of project pan, since this year I won’t be using that much makeup (which I’ll tell you about when I start my next project).
And even though I was set on doing a no buy, I ended up buying a sh*t load of makeup this year. But I will try again next year. I intend on going on a no buy until September 2015. Let’s see if I can make it this time.
I’ll also be posting my thoughts and tips for a successful Project Pan soon, so keep on the lookout for that!

Do not throw any MAC lipglass or products .Collect six of them and it allows you to get a free MAC item.

Yes, you’re totally right, I meant to say something about keeping the tube for a Back to MAC but I guess I was kinda lazy about it and only wrote about throwing it out. But I do believe I have to take the contents out of the tube before back to MACing it, right? I really don’t know…
But thank you so much for your comment, it was very nice of you to let me know about it!! Btw, isn’t Back to MAC the best? I wish every makeup company would do that…

I love it when a project pan pops up in my feed, so inspirational. 🙂 I only started one in December, but I’m still going strong! Seems like the only dent I’ve made is in my foundation, ha.
